Find a Southcoast Physician: Find a physician that is right for you and your unique needs.

MyChart Patient Portal: Once you find a Southcoast physician you can register for MyChart, our online tool that provides you with immediate access to your medical records, opportunities to communicate with your physician and care team, information on upcoming appointments and more so you can be engaged with and informed on your health.

Urgent Care Services: For quick and reliable non-emergency medical care for the treatment of a cold, the flu, sore throat, lacerations, minor burns and other minor injuries. For your convenience, our Urgent Care Centers allow you to check wait times and get in line online to minimize the time you spend in our waiting rooms.

Emergency Services: When it is an emergency, our three hospitals — Charlton Memorial in Fall River, St. Luke’s in New Bedford, and Tobey in Wareham — offer experienced emergency room physicians, nurses and staff ready to serve you.

Pediatric Care: Southcoast Health’s clinical collaboration with Boston Children’s Hospital provides local
access to high-quality nursery care to babies born at Southcoast’s hospitals as well as inpatient and
emergency pediatric care to children and families across the region at St. Luke’s Hospital.
