Meet the More Pride Southcoast Employee Resource Group

Southcoast Health supports our LGBTQIA+ employees and community through a variety of initiatives aimed at promoting acceptance, understanding and equity. Much of this work is accomplished through our More Pride Southcoast Employee Resource Group (ERG).

This year, we are celebrating several significant milestones to support LGBTQIA+ employees and patients including:

The evolution and growth of the More Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG), which encourages Southcoast’s LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies to network and participate in projects that are engaging and supportive.
The designation of gender-neutral bathrooms in many Southcoast locations, ensuring a safe, inclusive and respectful space for people of all gender identities.
Improving access to gender-affirming care to support and validate gender identity and improve mental health, wellbeing and quality of life.
