When a fall in 2015 dislocated her shoulder, Lauren Cabral experienced intermittent pain for years as a lingering effect. It was manageable until last year when another occurrence aggravated the injury, causing significant pain that wouldn’t go away.
“When I was referred to Southcoast Health I received exceptional care from the entire team, from beginning to end,” said Lauren. It’s the reason she nominated each provider on her care team as a Southcoast Star through the Grateful Patient Program.
