Urgent Care does not perform Annual Medical Physicals/Annual Wellness Physicals. Please contact your Primary Care Provider. If you do not have a Primary Care Provider, please call 508-973-2222.
Insurance and Payment
Southcoast Urgent Care in Dartmouth, accepts most major health plan coverage. You may need a referral for some of the service offered at our center. Your insurer can help you determine this – please contact them with any questions you may have. You will need one form of ID and proof of your medical insurance coverage when you arrive. Payment should be remitted at the time of service.
