Southcoast Health Honors 978 Employees Celebrating Milestone Years of Service  

Southcoast Health hosted its annual Employee Recognition Celebration on Thursday, November 7 at the Venus de Milo in Swansea.

This event is held each fall to celebrate all Southcoast Health employees and thank them for their dedication to our patients and community. It also serves as a time to honor those who have reached significant milestone years of service.

Southcoast Health employees are recognized at five-year intervals for years of continuous service based on their date of hire. This year, 978 employees with anniversaries beginning at five years and going up to 55 years were honored at the event including:

  • 4 celebrating 55 years,
    • Mary Ann Rogers, Louis Velazquez, Jean Wing and Susan Wood
  • 10 celebrating 50 years,
    • Patricia Arruda, Debra Desmarais, Maria Hill, Debra Mello, Dawn Miville, Patricia O’Neale, Roger Ouellette, Anne Pimentel, Janet Santos and Karen Souza
  • 11 celebrating 45 years,
  • 20 celebrating 40 years,
  • 44 celebrating 35 years,
  • 41 celebrating 30 years,
  • 73 celebrating 25 years,
  • 85 celebrating 20 years,
  • 66 celebrating 15 years,
  • 252 celebrating 10 years and
  • 372 employees celebrating 5 years
