About Peter Mandelson

Dr. Mandelson is a graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Cardiology at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Conn.

He has practiced cardiology at Charlton Memorial Hospital for over 22 years.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine and cardiovascular diseases.

This was my initial visit with the cardiologist, my visit went well, he ordered a stress test. Although this is not an urgent matter, it is unfortunate that I have to wait three months to have my next test. So although I am happy with the way I was treated in this office, very disappointing that it takes months for Southcoast to make diagnostic testing available.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Who receives the survey?

Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
