Dr. Gagnon is the Chief of Radiation Oncology at the Southcoast Health Cancer Center.
A graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Gagnon completed a residency in radiation oncology at the Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Ore. He has specialized expertise and interest in stereotactic radiosurgery, stereotactic body radiation therapy and image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT).
Dr. Gagnon has performed research in adaptive radiation therapy and imaging and has presented at numerous national and international meetings. He is a recipient of a competitive research grant, the ASCO Young Investigator Award, for his novel research on head and neck cancer.
Dr. Gagnon is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the American Society of Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO).
Dr. Gagnon is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology.
