- Serious wounds or injuries (uncontrollable bleeding)
- Severe pain (head, neck, or abdominal)
- Severe allergic reactions, or anything else you believe to be an emergency

About Marivyl Laxer
Dr. Laxer earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She completed residencies in internal medicine at Makati Medical Center in the Philippines and at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass.
She also completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at Makati Medical Center, Philippines.
Dr. Laxer is board-certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Bristol South Medical Society. Dr. Laxer is fluent in the Philippine language.
