The only rating I gave that was low was in regard to getting an appt as soon as I needed it. I have been having sinus issues for awhile and the soonest appt they could provide was 4+ months. I know its not their fault but it was not 'when I needed it'. This was a great practice and the provider was very professional and helpful. Very happy with my visit!

Yes, I had a great experience there with the ENTs, even from the girl that was at the front desk, [Name]. So she was so funny. I had a lot of laughs with her. And Katie was awesome, and so was the girl that brought me into the office, too. And was just so nice and so informative. And Katie was great. And the woman who did the hearing test, she was awesome, too. So I really appreciate the care I got, and my husband had gotten as well. So thank you so much. And have a great weekend. Bye-bye.

Yes, I was there for a post-op appointment and I was supposed to get a one-month post-op with Dr. Fox and I was not able to get one until instead of in June, I got one in the end of July. So that's my only feedback.

Oh please she is the best unbelievable I go to the hospital and treat me like a dog Actually, the hospital would probably treat the dog better than me I went there at least five times to get the wax out of my ears. They never did nothing this girl did it one visit she got everything out. She is the best.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
