About Jonelle Raphael
Dr. Raphael earned her medical degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in Mumbai India, where she graduated with distinction in biochemistry. She completed an internal medicine residency at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston where she also completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care.
Dr. Raphael is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary disease. Her clinical specialty is pulmonary medicine. Her special interests include COPD, asthma, pulmonary infections, thoracic oncology and critical care.
Dr. Raphael has done past pro bono work with The Catholic Medical Guild of St. Luke and she was a collaborator on the Burden of Obstructive Lung Disease project in India, Part of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease.
Dr. Raphael is a member of the American Medical Association, the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Thoracic Society.
