My appointment with the doctor was, or the nurse practitioner, was one of the best that I have had. She carefully explained the situation. She explained what I needed to do. She was very careful in listening to me. I am completely impressed with her. One of the best people I have ever gone to.

I had a rash show up and other concerns show up while on vacation, provider scheduled an appointment for me as soon as we got back from vacation. At appointment very knowledgeable about my concerns and started treatment.

My first visit with Jen Mammen was today,in all the years I've been a patient at Linden Tree,this visit was one of the most informative and thorough! I was given detailed instructions as to what tests I would need and the specifics of arranging them,I had blood work done conveniently right there at the facility.I highly reccomend this N.P.!! She is Professional,Knowledgable and pleasent as well.

My provider, Jennifer was excellent. She provided me with some great alternatives beyond antibiotics & prophylactic allergy meds for handling frequent episodes of sinusitis. Also taking time for education on use of alternatives.

I got an appoint for a problem that needed attention the same day.The nurse practitioner was kind and explained things welt My dr doesn't have hours on Fridays My only issue is I had to wait over 20 minutes to get examined.

I arrived 10 minutes early. I waited for approximately 40 minutes. Then the intake process was slow. The provider was ready before the intake was complete. Once we got started, my appointment with the provider was excellent. The long wait to be seen was the only negative aspect of my experience.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
