About Jason Graff

Dr. Jason Graff started his medical expertise earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Graff’s philosophy of care is to be a good listener first and a teacher second. His goal is to put his patients at ease, always allowing them time to speak about their story and concerns. He spends time teaching each patient about their condition including the pros and cons of the treatment options available.

When not at work, Dr. Graff enjoys watching his children play sports, weight lifting, skiing, hunting and fishing.

This was my first time at this office. Everyone I came in contact with at this office was extremely nice and helpful. When I met Dr. Jason Graff he first apologized for any delay which was appreciated and yet not necessary because it wasn't that long. I found him a very understanding physician and when he would explain things he was clear and thorough to make sure I understood what he was saying. Which I did. I felt like he took his time. I didn't feel that rushed in the least. I will recommend his profession to anyone who may need them and is looking for a Pulmonologist.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
