Dr. Hannah Stoops graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She then furthered her medical expertise, graduating with her Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Stoops completed her family medicine residency at Brown University Kent Hospital in Pawtucket, RI before finishing her preventative medicine fellowship at the Univeristy of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Stoops clinical interests are in adolescent medicine, women’s and reproductive health, and preventive medicine. Her personal philosophy of care is focused on taking the time to listen to patients, individualizing patient care, and partnering with her patients to help improve their chronic health conditions and overall health and wellbeing. Dr. Stoops passion for working with a team, in addition to her fascination with science and the human body inspired her to become a physician.
When not at work, Dr. Stoops enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her mini-Australian Shepherd. She also enjoys thrifting and watching the New England Patriots with her family.
