About Patrick Curran

Dr. Curran is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a fellowship in Cardiology at The Lahey Clinic in Burlington.

He has specialized training in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography.

He was a cardiologist with Internal Medicine and Cardiology Associates in Fall River. He also served as an attending physician in internal medicine at The Lahey Clinic.

He is on staff at Charlton Memorial Hospital and Tobey Hospital

He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases.

I was called in a bit earlier than the appointment time by the nurse practitioner who was very efficient, pleasant, conversational, and careful. No one ever asked me before if I wanted the table's back support left up behind me after the EKG. (I didn't, but was surprised to be asked.) The doctor covered everything I was interested in knowing, referred to my info on his screen, and guided to checkout. Easy!

Hi, my experience was that I like the doctor. He seemed more aware of what I'm suffering and he found different things today that nobody had told me that I'm having trouble with. He explained better today that he understands what I'm going through and why I'm feeling as bad as I feel and he recommended some different doctor visits and some tests for me to go through because I have so many issues with medication and trying to use. I have no thyroid and then I have heart problems so the thyroid and the medicines.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
