Modern Dermatology of Massachusetts, PLLC accepts most major health plans, however, credentialing for a few of them is taking a bit longer than anticipated. You may need a referral from your primary care physician for certain services. Please contact your insurance provider directly with any questions related to coverage. You must present a form of ID and your insurance card upon arrival at our office. Payment is expected at the time of your scheduled appointment.
