Sally came into the room pretty much knowing about current issues especially my bones. She was very thorough going over everything. She expressed concern about not getting Prolia injections and acted had a plan in place. She genuinely cares and is so easy to talk to.

I think the management of the office could be better. As far as the providers, they're wonderful. And the staff, but I was asked to leave after one appointment and I was only a few minutes late. So I think maybe management, not so much the doctors. So thank you for all you do. Have a good day.

Sally apologized for a short delay, not necessary. She spoke to me and listened to some concerns I had about tests. She explained the issue and even though I don't like it, I clearly understand why SouthCoast requires the test. Sally is really knowledgeable and discussed options for issues. I have great faith in her recommendations.

Initially I was told that I should not have had an appointment because I had not been seen since 2019. I said that I had received a reminder that I needed to make an appointment to remain a patient with Sally. It seems that some of my information was not in the computer ( my height , last pap 2021 ) everything was resolved , I really like sally and will continue to make my appointments with her .

There was a potential issue with my blood pressure, but after accessing some information and retaking my BP, the issue was solved. I also had several questions about a reading on my blood work which was dealt with professionally. I trust my provider.

Check out needs to remember to call for referrals once a pt leaves the office ,Bre states she was going to fax a referral to a facility I asked to go to and it was never done, when I called the outside facility they stated nothing was faxed to call my Dr's office back when I called back nothing was done

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
