Our Southcoast Health Grateful Patient program provides our patients an opportunity to acknowledge exceptional care while supporting our mission of being More than medicine.
This program allows for the recognition of a Southcoast Health Employee who made a positive impact on a patient’s care or experience here at Southcoast. All Southcoast Health employees are eligible to be honored, including our Southcoast Health Visiting Nurse Association.

A donation can be made to Southcoast Health in the name of the staff member who went above and beyond to ensure you had the best experience possible. These donations made by Grateful Patients, recognize our employees as Southcoast Stars.
Our Southcoast Stars are provided with a special badge clip that celebrates and highlights the exceptional care they provided.
These donations help advance our mission to deliver clinical excellence and a uniquely caring experience to every life we touch.
