- Massachusetts BORM regulations: two (2) credits of study of the MA Board of Registration in Medicine's regulations (243 CMR 1.00-5.00) are required each license cycle. A copy of the regulations may be obtained by clicking on the Board Regulations section.

- Forum: FREE - in-depth analyses of specific medical malpractice cases and issues, along with practical loss prevention advice and case abstracts. The Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine has qualified Forum for the equivalent of 1/2 AMA Category 1 self-claimed CME suitable for the Massachusetts requirement in Risk Management.
- Resource: FREE audio-CD publication presenting interviews with experts in patient safety and risk management, case abstracts and legal reports. Qualifies for 1/2 Category 1 self-claimed CME in Risk Management. CDs are available for check-out at the Library. Audio and transcripts are now available online.
- Massachusetts Medical Society - $10 per credit hour/members, $20 per credit hour/non-members.
- Audio-Digest: The Charlton Medical Library has CME Risk Management lectures on CD from Audio-Digest available to Southcoast physicians. Each CD qualifies for two Category 1 credits and requires the successful completion of a test forwarded to Audio-Digest.
