What Southcoast Lab Testing Provides
At our laboratories in MA and RI, we offer full-service, stat/urgent testing, and most reference testing, as well as comprehensive anatomic pathology and cytology services. Specimens are collected at our locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island and sent promptly to our local laboratory for testing and analysis. Our services will allow both you and your physician to gain a clearer picture of your health and determine if any treatments are necessary. Southcoast Laboratory Services currently contracts with Quest Diagnostics as our reference laboratory.
All Southcoast laboratories are led by a team of board-certified pathologists and are fully licensed by the State of Massachusetts, Department of Public Health, CMMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), and CAP (College of American Pathologists). Our team of professionals places a strong focus on patient comfort, and you will be kept informed throughout your entire visit at one of our laboratories. All locations are easily accessible and provide ample parking and adequate waiting space for maximum patient comfort and convenience.
